How do I place a bulk order?
You can order directly through our website, or if you don’t see the size you need, contact us through our contact form.
Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?
Yes. Bulk orders are priced lower per unit, and additional discounts may apply for large quantities.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, curbside at 1454 Lakeland Village Blvd, Sherwood Park. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or text as to how you would like to pick it up. Items that cannot tolerate cold or heat may not be available for curbside pickup.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Remote, rural or outlying addresses and unusually large or heavy items may need an additional charge. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you via email before processing or shipping your order to provide details and obtain your approval. Read our shipping policy.
When will the palm oil box be ready?
Our bulk 20 kg box is coming soon; ask Wixy Soap for timing before ordering: hello@wixysoap.com.
Is lard the same as tallow?
Lard comes from pigs. Tallow generally comes from beef or sheep fat. Select the correct ingredient in your lye calculator.
How do I store beef tallow?
It will solidify and keep at room temperature in a sealed container for up to a year without going rancid. Beef Tallow will keep even longer in the refrigerator or indefinitely in the freezer.
Can I request a product not listed online in bulk?
Yes. If you don’t see what you need, send us a message and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
