Payment Policy
Fee Payment: Course must be paid at the time of registration. No person is allowed to attend class without having paid the full course fee. You may pay by e-transfer to wixysoap@gmail.com OR through the Wixy soap Website (Paypal or Credit Card).
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and operational efficiency for all participants. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. To receive a refund, cancellations must be requested at least 7 full business days prior to the scheduled class date. Any approved refund will be subject to a 15% processing fee deduction.
We appreciate the need to explain this policy in detail, as it aligns with standard practices across much of North America. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may arise beyond your control, and we strive to handle such situations equitably. If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you cancel your attendance out of consideration for the health and safety of other participants. Should you arrive visibly ill, you may be requested to leave the class. In these cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you in an alternative session with available seating. Please contact us one day prior to the desired class date to check for openings; if a spot is available, you will be permitted to attend.
Cancellations result in the permanent loss of a paid seat, and we often lack sufficient time to refill it. In some instances, a single cancellation may reduce enrollment below the minimum required threshold, forcing us to decide whether to proceed with the class for a smaller group or cancel it entirely. Affected participants are entitled to request refunds, and those with multiple bookings on the same day may seek refunds for additional classes as well. This can lead to the loss of 6-8 paid seats stemming from just one cancellation, underscoring the rationale for our no-refund policy in these scenarios.
Refunds on CNF Online Classes
Student Cancellations: Refunds will NOT be issued. You may change your class date if we receive your cancellation in writing before the class date.
Returning items
Wixy Soap must authorize returns. Returns are allowed within 30 days of order receipt. If the product is returned to us for reasons other than product damage or our error, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our processing and restocking costs. We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee if the goods were initially shipped free under our free shipping program. All packaging must be returned in its entirety to qualify for credit. For all returns, excepting errors made on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If a return is due to an error on our part we will be happy to discuss with you the best method to return the goods.
