For a seamless and enjoyable soapmaking experience, we strongly recommend purchasing our specially curated soap making kit, designed specifically for this class. This kit includes all the essential ingredients you’ll need, so you won’t have to worry about sourcing materials on your own. It is advisable to order the kit at least 10 days before the class.

You will receive:

·        Wixy Green Silicone mold, our commercial grade mold - works beautifully for soap

·        3 colours, (White or glitter colorants are not included, charcoal 20g is)

·        Shea Butter soap oil blend with organic Shea butter.

·        Lye (Sodium hydroxide)

·        Comprehensive Manual with a list of tools and other materials required by you.

About our Shea Butter soap recipe:

·        Shea Butter produces a long-lasting hard soap with a stable conditioning lather.  It is known for its moisturizing properties. Rich in vitamins A, E, and F, and fatty acids, it leaves a smooth, satiny finish.

·        Coconut oil helps produce a bar of soap that has excellent cleaning properties and the desirable fluffy bubbly factor.

·        Lard and tallow give soap firmness and contribute to a stable lather.

·        Canola gives the soap a nice, low, creamy lather and is moisturizing.

·        Castor oil added to a soap recipe results in a stable lather that is low, dense, and creamy. Castor adds moisturizing qualities to soap.
