Sepinov EMT 10

Sepinov EMT 10 is a versatile, non-microplastic powder polymer designed for natural skincare and cosmetic formulations. This thickening-stabilizing-texturizing ingredient creates professional-quality aqueous gels, cream gels, emulsions, and gel-in-oil formulations using patented Geltrap technology.

Perfect for sensitive and baby products, Sepinov EMT 10 offers exceptional skin tolerance and is inherently biodegradable. Mix a gel-like serum in minutes, or combine with oils and butters to craft luxurious lotions and creams. The ingredient performs across a wide pH range (3–10), delivering a light, silky skin feel that customers love.

Dispersible in water or oil phases, it works with both hot and cold processing methods. Stabilizes formulations with up to 50% oil content, making it ideal for rich, nourishing products. As an anionic emulsifier, it's incompatible with cationic ingredients.

Usage Rate:  .5 - 5%

• For aqueous gels: Blend Sepinov EMT 10 directly into the aqueous phase using a stick blender or hand mixer until fully incorporated
• For cream gels: Disperse Sepinov EMT 10 in the oil phase first, then add the entire water phase at once while continuously agitating with a stick blender
• For hot process emulsions: Disperse in the pre-heated oil or water phase before emulsification. Mix thoroughly until emulsified, then continue mixing as the formulation cools to room temperature
